Welcome to Windom Area Hospital patient email service. This is an opportunity to send your thoughts to family and friends during their stay with us. Simply choose the message banner to the right, and complete the requested information, including the patient’s first and last name and your personal message and your name. Submit the form and we will print it and deliver it for you.

Emails are delivered daily Monday through Friday to Hospital inpatients, by Windom Area Hospital staff. We will make our best effort to deliver your message to the patient within 24 hours of receiving it. Messages received after a patient is discharged will be disposed of. The content of your patient email is not confidential and will be seen by members of Windom Area Hospital staff.

Note: Messages cannot be delivered to patients in our Emergency Department, or those receiving outpatient (same day) surgery or diagnostic testing.
