The Wellness Center Membership Information The Wellness Center at Windom Area Hospital offers a variety of membership opportunities including individual and family memberships, monthly and daily passes, and 10-session punch cards. Members must be 18 years of age. Memberships may be sold to dependents with a physician's order for medical conditions, therapeutic needs or a predisposition for obesity. However, these memberships will be given at the discretion of the Wellness Center Manager. Youths ages 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Physician’s Release: The Wellness Center recommends that all members consult with their personal physician before beginning an exercise program.
