Heroes Blood Drive September 22nd

Windom Law Enforcement/EMS and the Windom Fire Department will once again be competing to see who can recruit the most blood donors for the community’s blood supply in the 3rd annual “Heroes Behind the Badges” community blood drive. Last year, the Fire Department won the competition, collecting 39 units compared to the Police Department’s 31 units. Together, this is enough blood to save the lives of up to 195 local patients!
